Without commitment, we can talk you through the options available to you, when satisfied that we are the right agent for you – we will switch you. All that is required of you is the completion of a written consent form and an instruction form, then we will do the rest!

As a thank you for switching to Northwood, we will not charge you an initial set-up fee, and you will benefit from not being charged a management fee for the first 3 months in which we collect rent. Saving you as much as £600.

When you talk to Urban Base, we will carry out an initial property inspection and provide you with a free written report, which will include photographs. We will consider all matters with which you as a landlord should be complying and provide you with free advice, as appropriate.

There is no initial tie-in period, therefore, if we don’t deliver on our promises, you are free to walk away from the agreement at any time.
